As one of the fastest growing Twin Cities Roofing Companies, MNSOTA Construction is constantly expanding and hiring new Salesmen. We are seeking both experienced and non-experienced candidates who are: highly motivated, persistent, persuasive, thick-skinned and confident. We want hustlers who are willing to do what it takes to make it happen! This is a comission-based position (with no comission cap).

Age Requirement: 18 Years Old

Responsibilities may include:

- Physical ability to walk on roofs (cannot be afraid of heights)

- Good time management for scheduling leads & appointments

- Writing and presenting clear and concise estimates to customers

- Self-generate quality leads by providing excellent customer service & talking to neighbors

- Effectively communicate with customers, management, office staff, and field personnel regarding all aspects of the sales process

- Input all aspects of the sales process into the company CRM

- Pursue roofing and home improvement lead through the closing of the sale

- Close sales and obtain referrals from satisfied & happy customers

- Have fun while having a positive financial impact on your family by helping our customers with their roofing and home improvement needs

We are looking for new canvassers to go door to door and schedule appointments with homeowners for free roof inspections & estimates. Hourly base rate plus comissions provided.

Age Requirement: 16 years old

Responsibilities may include:
- Physical ability to be on foot while working.

- Moderate orginization skills (for managing appointments & tracking which doors have been knocked).

- Willingness to learn & be persistent.
